CrossingBridge Advisors, LLC (“CrossingBridge”) was founded in December 2016 by David Sherman and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ENDI Corp. (“ENDI”). As of March 31, 2024, the assets under management for CrossingBridge and affiliates was in excess of $2.8 billion.

Investment Focus
The investment strategies for CrossingBridge include: ultra-short duration, low duration high yield, responsible credit, and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). These strategies primarily employ high yield and investment grade corporate debt as well as credit opportunities in event-driven securities, post re-org investments, and stressed & distressed debt.

CrossingBridge has a deep and experienced team. The average experience of the investment team is 20+ years and the average experience of the operations team is 15+ years.
